At Dark Star Rebellion, many of our products are made, printed, embroidered, engraved, or otherwise created specifically for you. We stand behind the quality of our work and want you to be happy with what you receive.

Ready-to-Ship Products

Non-customized, ready-to-ship products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Custom & Personalized Products

Because custom and personalized products are made specifically for you, all custom sales are final once production has begun.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Custom apparel and DTF printing

• Embroidery and embroidered patches

• Personalized names, numbers, logos, or artwork

• Laser-engraved or laser-cut products

• UV-printed products

• Custom 3D-printed products

• Custom awards, coins, signs, and promotional items

• Any product manufactured or modified specifically for an individual, organization, or order

Please carefully review spelling, sizing, colors, artwork, placement, and other customization details before approving your order.

Design & Artwork Approval

When a digital proof or design approval is provided, production may begin after approval.

Dark Star Rebellion is not responsible for errors contained in customer-approved artwork, including incorrect spelling, dates, names, numbers, colors, sizing, or other design details.

Changes requested after approval or after production has begun may require additional charges.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If we made a mistake, we'll make it right.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from your approved order, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Depending on the circumstances, we may provide a replacement, repair, reprint, store credit, or refund.

Normal variations inherent to handmade, printed, embroidered, engraved, or fabricated products are not considered defects.

Cancellations

Orders for ready-to-ship products may be cancelled before shipment when possible.

Custom orders may be cancelled before production begins. Once materials have been ordered, artwork has been prepared, or production has begun, some or all costs may be non-refundable.

Exchanges & Sizing

Please verify apparel sizing before placing a custom order. Customized apparel cannot be returned or exchanged because the wrong size was ordered.

For eligible non-customized apparel, exchanges are subject to product availability.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
