Welcome to Dark Star Rebellion LLC (“Dark Star Rebellion,” “DSR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase of products or services from us.

By accessing our website, placing an order, approving custom work, or purchasing our products or services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Products & Services

Dark Star Rebellion provides original merchandise, customized products, design services, apparel decoration, embroidery, printing, engraving, fabrication, and other creative and manufacturing services.

Products and services may include, but are not limited to, apparel, patches, embroidery, DTF printing, UV printing, laser engraving and cutting, 3D printing, awards, signs, promotional products, accessories, and other custom-made goods.

We reserve the right to add, modify, discontinue, or refuse products or services at our discretion.

2. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payment may be required in full before production begins. For certain custom or large orders, we may require a deposit with the remaining balance due before delivery, shipment, or another agreed-upon date.

An order is not considered accepted until payment or any required deposit has been received and we have accepted the order.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order when necessary. If we cancel a paid order before providing the applicable product or service, the appropriate amount paid will be refunded.

3. Custom Orders

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information for customized products, including names, spelling, dates, numbers, dimensions, colors, sizes, artwork, logos, and other specifications.

Once production has begun, custom and personalized orders generally cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded except when the product is defective or Dark Star Rebellion made an error.

Custom orders are also subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

4. Artwork & Customer Approval

We may provide a proof, mockup, sample, or other representation of a custom product before production.

When approval is requested, the customer is responsible for reviewing all details before approving production.

Customer approval constitutes authorization to manufacture the product as approved.

Dark Star Rebellion is not responsible for errors contained in customer-approved artwork or specifications, including spelling, names, dates, numbers, placement, sizing, or other details that appeared in the approved proof.

Colors displayed on screens may vary from the appearance of physical inks, threads, fabrics, materials, or finished products.

5. Customer-Supplied Artwork & Intellectual Property

By submitting artwork, photographs, logos, trademarks, text, designs, or other content to Dark Star Rebellion, you represent that you own the content or have the necessary permission, license, or authorization to use and reproduce it.

You also authorize Dark Star Rebellion to reproduce that content as reasonably necessary to fulfill your order.

We reserve the right to refuse any order when we believe the requested use may violate intellectual-property rights, applicable law, or our business policies.

Submission of artwork does not transfer ownership of that artwork to Dark Star Rebellion.

6. Dark Star Rebellion Designs

Unless otherwise stated, original artwork, graphics, designs, photographs, logos, product concepts, website content, and other creative materials produced and owned by Dark Star Rebellion remain the intellectual property of Dark Star Rebellion or their respective rights holders.

Purchasing a physical product does not automatically transfer copyright, trademark rights, design files, production files, or other intellectual-property rights to the purchaser.

Custom design work created specifically for a customer may be subject to separate ownership or licensing terms agreed upon for that project.

7. Production Variations

Many Dark Star Rebellion products are individually printed, embroidered, engraved, fabricated, or finished.

Minor variations may occur between products or production runs. These can include reasonable differences in color, positioning, texture, thread, print appearance, material characteristics, dimensions, or finish.

Reasonable manufacturing variations that do not materially affect the product's intended appearance or function are not considered defects.

8. Product Images & Descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display and describe our products.

Actual colors and appearance may vary depending on displays, lighting, materials, manufacturing processes, and other factors.

We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, inaccurate descriptions, pricing errors, or other mistakes on our website.

9. Turnaround Times

Production and delivery estimates are estimates unless we expressly guarantee a specific deadline in writing.

Turnaround times may be affected by order volume, product availability, equipment maintenance, supplier delays, shipping carriers, design revisions, customer approval delays, and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If an order is required by a specific date, the customer should communicate that requirement before placing the order.

10. Shipping & Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, delivery times may be outside Dark Star Rebellion's direct control.

Customers should contact us promptly regarding lost, damaged, or incorrectly delivered orders so we can determine what assistance or carrier claim may be available.

11. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns, refunds, cancellations, and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

Custom and personalized products are generally final sale once production has begun, except where otherwise provided in that policy or required by applicable law.

12. Website Use

You may not use our website to:

• Engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity;

• Attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the website;

• Introduce malicious software or harmful code;

• Scrape, reproduce, or commercially exploit website content without authorization;

• Impersonate another individual or organization; or

• Violate the intellectual-property or other legal rights of Dark Star Rebellion or another party.

We may restrict or terminate access to our website when reasonably necessary to protect our business, customers, systems, or legal rights.

13. Third-Party Services

Our website may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, shipping providers, design tools, social-media platforms, marketplaces, and other service providers.

Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Dark Star Rebellion is not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control.

14. Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotions, discount codes, sales, and special offers may be subject to additional conditions and expiration dates.

Unless otherwise stated, discounts cannot be combined and have no cash value.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotions as permitted by applicable law.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dark Star Rebellion will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our website, products, or services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability relating to a particular order will not exceed the amount actually paid to Dark Star Rebellion for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

16. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Dark Star Rebellion harmless from claims, losses, or expenses arising from content or materials you provide to us, including claims that customer-supplied artwork, trademarks, logos, photographs, or other materials infringe another party's rights.

17. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute will be handled in accordance with applicable Colorado and federal law.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically.

The version posted on our website at the time of an applicable transaction will govern that transaction unless otherwise required by law or agreed to in writing.
